Why the orders take longer than usual to deliver?

Due to labor shortage, many carriers are currently low on the truck drivers for sufficient transportations.

Why the packaging of the product I received is different from what I ordered?

In times of high demand, we may run out of retail packaging and will start using backup stock.

How do I know if I purchased the counterfeit products?

The chances of you run into a counterfeit product is ZERO if you purchase them from either Mavina website or its Amazon store. When you purchase the product from Amazon, you can scan the QR Code on its packaging with your Amazon App to get an approval answer for vouching the product brand legitimacy. If you want to further verify its authenticity, then you can send us your concern regarding the issues at support@mavina.us. We will do our best ability to help you resolve your concerns.

Can I return open-box items?

Sorry, open-box item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Every open-box item is covered by a 6-month warranty.

Where will I receive my refund?

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

I regret buying it. Can I get a full refund for the clothing?

Sorry to hear that. Yes, you can get a refund. First, return your unwashed and unworn heated apparel in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. We will send a prepaid shipping label free of charge for orders within the U.S. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping cost. After we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be credited to your payment method.

What to do if the product is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
